April Fools Day

Here are some of the pictures of the April fools dinner I made for the kids last week.  They will be gone tomorrow so I made it last week for fun.  The above pic is "spagetti and meatballs"  I got on the idea and recipe on http://www.familyfun.com/   I used angel food cake under the noodles and it actually tasted really good.

These are the "cupcakes"  they also came from family Fun.  They are meatloaf and mashed potatos.  I will say that my kids had a hard time eating them tho because its a bit hard to wrap your brain around it but they were good dipped in ketchup.

My grandmas new dog!

My 90 year old grandma recently got a Yorkie puppy....

We took the kids out last night to have dinner with grandma and to meet the new baby.....

Anthony LOVED the new puppy.

She ran around chasing Libby and playing the in backyard.  Libby then gave the puppy a bath and blow dry.  Andrew was sure that a dog that tiny was unhealthy so he read the whole yorkie magazine from cover to cover.  THEN, he would hold the puppy.

We had brought out our supper to share with grandma,  she had two helpings of turkey , mashed potatoes, and gravy so that was good.  Plus we had pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

All around a fun evening.........
